SIMA 2019

Skyline has been present at the current edition of the International Real Estate Exhibition of Madrid (SIMA) 2019 at IFEMA. In line with the Skyline brand attributes of sustainability and innovation, a very technological stand was presented, where a 360º virtual tour could be made with the latest Oculus go virtual reality glasses. In addition, in the stand we could find a lectern with a digital application to visualize on a giant screen different interactions with the future home, such as visualizing the real views, accessing the plans of each of the apartments, watching a video of the promotion, discover each of the equipment of the houses … all of the hand of a presentation and computer images of spectacular quality. An ideal place to discover the entire project in an innovative way. Plants, model, views … all synchronized and within reach of a ‘touch’ with the advanced touch control system integrated in the lectern.

The concept of the Stand corresponds to the representation of one of the “type” apartments of the promotion. Work has been done trying to imitate how the facades and terraces of the promotion work, achieving a very green, sustainable and cozy space, with dimensions very similar to future apartments and similar finishes. The green as it could not be otherwise has played a very important role since on the facades of the building there will be generous pots that will give the building a very current look, at the same time that they will serve as “ecological fireplaces” capable of reducing the impact of the sun in the most complicated summer months. The proposal corresponds to the visitor being able to have a feeling of the project in the first person discovering its spaces and finishes.

The Stand has also arranged different reserved spaces such as; a landscaped terrace, a cozy lounge, an elevated bar for informal meetings and of course an exhibition space for all the promotions offered by Stoneweg Living. It has undoubtedly been one of the most attractive stands of SIMA 2019, becoming a pole of attraction for visitors of the highest level.
